1. The design of the model and grid structure is tailored to the type of cargo, aiming to reduce the weight of the cargo compartment under load conditions, making the structure simple, practical, easy to dismantle, thereby reducing investment costs and creating more profit for users.
2. Chassis: It adopts a spatial frame structure composed of longitudinal beams and integral through-type transverse beams. This design balances the strength, rigidity, and toughness of the chassis, offering strong load-bearing capabilities without deformation.
3. All series of semi-trailer frames adopt a beam structure, with longitudinal beams in straight or goose-neck styles. The side plate height ranges from 400 to 500mm. Longitudinal beams are welded using automatic submerged arc welding, the chassis undergoes shot blasting treatment, and the transverse beams are inserted into the longitudinal beams and welded as a whole.
4. Suspension system: A new type of suspension system is employed, characterized by high strength and strong impact resistance. It ensures a balanced load on each axle, with systematically designed rod angles to reduce tire friction and slippage on uneven surfaces during frequent oscillations, effectively reducing tire wear. Additionally, the adjustable rods and axle distances can prevent uneven tire wear.
